Panel rejects Ourimbah boarding house, approves Ettalong Beach Dual Occ

A site in Burns Rd, Ourimbah, was not a suitable site for a boarding house, according to the Local Planning Panel which has refused the development proposal.   A 23 room boarding house proposed for 14 York Street, Point Frederick, has gained approval from the Local Planning Panel despite a previous refusal. The applicant sought a review of the previous decision and has come away with approval this time around. Court rejects Ourimbah boarding house

A three storey boarding house proposed for Ourimbah has been rejected by the Land and Environment Court. Applicant Zenith Tuggerah Pty Ltd wanted to construct a 53-room boarding house with 25 parking spaces at 2-6 Glen Road, Ourimbah.
