App maps potential impact of floods

Council-under-administration has released a flood map for Tuggerah lakes. The interactive online flood mapping tool for Lake Munmorah, Budgewoi Lake and Tuggerah Lake, draws on current and predicted flood levels directly from the Bureau of Meteorology and converts it into a visual display to show the extent of flooding. Flooding in Tuggerah Lakes can not be eliminated, says report Council has announced that the Tuggerah Lakes Entrance Management Study has been completed and is on the council website.
