Advisory committees to be dissolved

Seven of ten advisory committees that have been operating under administrator Rik Hart's tenure will be officially dissolved at the final council-under-administration meeting on August 27. Happy new year – the finances are improving

Finances have improved so much in the last 12 months that Council hopes to retire a $100m emergency loan by the end of this year.
