Golf club flags new plans

Gosford Golf Club is looking to future-proof itself after a Covid-boom gave it new insights. Covid lockdowns, restrictions to group sizes and restrictions on people’s movements opened the floodgates for golf. Boarding house is approved

  A 23 room boarding house proposed for 14 York Street, Point Frederick, has gained approval from the Local Planning Panel despite a previous refusal. The applicant sought a review of the previous decision and has come away with approval this time around. Paton St, Woy Woy, proposal approved on review

An application to build three units and retain an existing house at 95 Paton St, Woy Woy, has won approval from the Local Planning Panel on review. Lake Munmorah 300 lot rezoning

UPDATE: Rezoning has now been finalised, according to a press release from Member for Terrigal Adam Crouch on December 9, 2022.
