31 deadlines met, five missed

Central Coast Council failed to meet five legislative deadlines in the last quarter of the 2021-22 financial year. In one case, Council didn't know if it had met a deadline. Less debt than at merger: $$$ crisis over

Council now has less debt than it had when the former Wyong and Gosford councils were amalgamated in 2016.   Administrator Rik Hart made the statement at the October 31 extraordinary meeting which started at 4.30pm and finished at 4.43pm. October 31 Extraordinary meeting:  IPART deadline

Councils in conference

The conference for NSW local government starts today, October 23, and is the reason why Central Coast Council’s October meeting was held two weeks’ early.
