Lake Munmorah 300 lot rezoning

UPDATE: Rezoning has now been finalised, according to a press release from Member for Terrigal Adam Crouch on December 9, 2022. Water and Sewer performance report released

Central Coast Water relined more  than 245km of sewer mains across the region in the last financial year; 2021-22. The organisation repaired 308 leaks across 1,000km of water mains, saving more than 870ML of water. And it completed an inspection of the Mangrove Creek Dam Diversion Tunnel using robot technology. Two peninsula developments win in court

Two court decisions last week involved proposed developments on the Woy Woy peninsula. An Ettalong developer has succeeded in the Land and Environment Court to overturn a Local Planning Panel refusal of the development.
