Regional planning panel to hold public meeting for Munmorah subdivision

A 288 lot subdivision on the Pacific Highway, Lake Munmorah, goes to the Hunter and Central Coast Regional Planning Panel for a public briefing on Monday December 2. Reject Oasis caravan park “overdevelopment” says Council

  Council says the proposed redevelopment of the Oasis Caravan Park in Kanwal with 675 units is an overdevelopment of the site. It fears it will result in a net loss of affordable housing once the displacement of its current residents are taken into account. Elanora Hotel design amended
