McKinna is Mayor

Team Central Coast's Lawrie McKinna was voted in as Mayor at the October 8 extraordinary meeting - the first meeting of this council. Yes vote in Referendum has the numbers

The residents have spoken: we want fewer councillors The Central Coast has voted 62-38 to have nine councillors instead of 15. Counting continues for 15 councillors

New councillors will work under a performance order

The councillors who are elected on September 14 will find their performance will be monitored by the State Government, with 16 strict new conditions to be imposed on them.
