The Land and Environment Court has approved a part two and part three storey development of four units at 72 Toowoon Bay Road, Long Jetty. The applicant DMCR 2 Pty Ltd took the case to the LEC after a deemed refusal. Proposal jumps in height

The developers of the old Gosford Primary School site in Mann St Gosford, known as Central Coast Quarter, have new plans for stage two. Wadalba subdivision approved

The Land and Environment Court has approved another proposed subdivision at Wadalba South - this one for 68 residential lots at 60-70 Jensen Rd. The development is part of a 143 ha precinct cut up into 39 parcels of land under separate ownership, commonly referred to as the Wadalba East Land Owners Group (WELOG). Planning Panel rejects new Avoca Lake house and fence
