After years of planning, Wadalba East precinct faces new roadblock

Central Coast Council is rewriting a master plan for Wadalba East, slashing the number of potential homes in an urban release area that has been in the pipeline for 13 years. Email trail shows Council pivots on grant focus

Documents received by Wadalba East landowner Paul Hanna under the NSW Government Information Public Access (GIPA) Act, show the scope of a Council sewer and drainage project changed after Council received State funding for the project.
