Fish kill to result in court action

The NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) has commenced a prosecution against Sunset Power International Pty Ltd trading as Delta Electricity in the Land and Environment Court in relation to a fish kill that occurred near Vales Point Power Station, Lake Macquarie, in September 2022. Vales Point Power Station sale completed

Sev.en Global Investments has announced it has completed its acquisition of Delta Electricity Pty Ltd,  the parent company of the Vales Point Power Station and the Chain Valley Colliery.
