Council has acknowledged the party political nature of its current council, in answering questions about complaints made to the Office of Local Government (OLG). Ombudsman is checking legality of PIO
The NSW Ombudsman is examining the legality of the performance improvement order (PIO) imposed on Central Coast Council by the Minister for Local Government Ron Hoenig.
