Warnervale airport recommendation: upgrade to Code 2B standard

The Warnervale airport draft masterplan recommends widening the runway from 10 metres to 23 metres but keeping the length at 1200 metres. This would allow the airport to accommodate a wider array of aircraft up to an initial maximum take-off weight (MTOW) of 10,000 kg.
