New 60-room motel and facelift for the Elly

A redevelopment proposal for the Elanora Hotel at East Gosford has been submitted to Central Coast Council. Warnervale airport recommendation: upgrade to Code 2B standard

The Warnervale airport draft masterplan recommends widening the runway from 10 metres to 23 metres but keeping the length at 1200 metres. Eight storey building proposed for Terrigal

A developer wants planning guidelines changed for land on the corner of Terrigal Drive and Charles Kay Drive to increase the allowed building height from 8.5M to 32M. Waterfront route proposed for Tuggerawong bike path

Thanks to a Federal Government grant, Council is now preparing to ask the administrator Rik Hart to adopt a waterfront route for section five of the Tuggerawong bike path. A recommendation goes to the Council-under-administration meeting on November 28 to take no further action on a proposed sale of the land to the shopping centre in Woy Woy.
