Tourist beerfarm proposed for Calga.

A brewery and 280 seat capacity restaurant is proposed for Calga. The “beerfarm” is based on the applicant’s similar facility in the Margaret River region of Western Australia.  To cost about $4.6M, the business would be built at 45 Cooks Rd, Calga. A proposed modification of a development approved at 10-16 Kendall St, Gosford, would increase the number of units from 72 to 74. Plan to deal with contamination at Munmorah power station site
