Planning Panel says no to ocean front pool

The Local Planning Panel has refused to allow a concrete in-ground swimming pool at a waterfront residence at North Avoca. Central Coast’s Local Planning Panel has an extra person to cater for extra work

Two additional expert or professional members have replaced one expert member and the panel's term has been extended to February 2024.
