Plan of management “99 per cent” right

  Council staff have given their draft area-wide plan of management of community land a rating of 99 per cent good enough. It says only one per cent needs a second look.   About a dozen people spoke at the public hearing into 73-75 Mann St, Gosford, on March 30, attended by about 30 residents in total. Club hopes to buy Council land

In the meantime, it secures 20 year lease Central Coast Council has given notice of a proposed 20 lease to MIngara Recreation Club over The Greens at The Entrance - Bowling Club.
