Cr Eaton raises Deemed Refusals

Deputy Mayor Doug Eaton raised the issue of deemed refusals at day three of the Local Government conference in Tamworth. Ombudsman is checking legality of PIO

The NSW Ombudsman is examining the legality of the performance improvement order (PIO) imposed on Central Coast Council by the Minister for Local Government Ron Hoenig. Liberals say no to fewer councillors

The Liberals will support the status quo on Central Coast Councillor numbers, says Godfrey Franz, president of The Liberal Party Central Coast Local Government Committee.
