Savings increase by $100m in 2022
Council’s cash and investment portfolio was $680.90M at 31 December 2022. That’s up by $100m in 12 months. Council’s cash and investment portfolio totalled $580.62M at 31 January 2022. Boarding House agreement
An agreement has been reached between Central Coast Council and the proponent of a proposed boarding house at 51 Peel St Toukley. The Land and Environment Court has to ratify the agreement and that is expected to happen sometime in the first quarter of 2023.
