Applicant frustrated by assessment process

The April 6 meeting of the Local Planning Panel could be interesting. It’s the second meeting in a row focussed on a proposal for a three storey unit complex at The Entrance. What happened on St Patricks Day last year? Our councillors were sacked

  Thirteen of the 15 Central Coast Councillors were sacked on March 17, 2022 - a year ago today. Two had already resigned. But the Central Coast has been without councillors since October 30, 2020, when they were suspended.
