  A rezoning proposal that would allow additional floor space and height to buildings along The Esplanade at Ettalong Beach between Memorial Ave and Picnic Parade is now open for public comment. Boarding house is approved

  A 23 room boarding house proposed for 14 York Street, Point Frederick, has gained approval from the Local Planning Panel despite a previous refusal. The applicant sought a review of the previous decision and has come away with approval this time around. Paton St, Woy Woy, proposal approved on review

An application to build three units and retain an existing house at 95 Paton St, Woy Woy, has won approval from the Local Planning Panel on review.
