Water rates to rise $166 per year on average

  Water rates will rise by 8 per cent plus CPI if the Administrator adopts the staff recommendation on Tuesday, May 28.   The State Government has set the minimum and maximum rates Councillors will be able to set for their remuneration from July 1. For the Central Coast, the rate is shown in the screenshots. Woy Woy added to high density housing targets

The State Government announced on Friday, April 12, that Woy Woy had been added to Wyong, Tuggerah and Gosford as areas near train lines that will be targetted for increased housing density.
