A six storey development at Terrigal could go ahead if the Administrator starts the process to amend the maximum height of buildings allowed on the corner of Terrigal Drive and Charles Kay Drive. A redevelopment proposal for the Elanora Hotel at East Gosford has been submitted to Central Coast Council. Panel rejects Ourimbah boarding house, approves Ettalong Beach Dual Occ

A site in Burns Rd, Ourimbah, was not a suitable site for a boarding house, according to the Local Planning Panel which has refused the development proposal. The proposed development at 67 Ocean View Drive has a construction cost of $2.7M. New plan for Kanwal caravan park – 800 units

A proposal for up to 800 units at Kanwal has been submitted to the State Planning Department under a pilot scheme announced last December to fast track development. The site is Oasis Caravan Park.
