October 11 meeting, 2022   The Davistown and Empire Bay Floodplain Risk Management Study and Plan (FRMS and FRMP) is expected to be adopted at the October 11 meeting of Council-under-administration. Oct 11: Wamberal seawall specs up for adoption

 "A significant number" of submissions opposed the seawall when Council publicly exhibited the draft Wamberal Beach Terminal Protection Structure (EDR) recently. Draft financials show the turnaround

Central Coast Council says it has achieved a significant financial turnaround and is working towards a strong long term financially sustainable position, after tabling the draft financial report for the 2021-22 financial report at the September 27 council-under-administration meeting. Ratepayers increase coffers by almost $50M

During August, Council’s total cash and investments increased by $49.11M from $629.02M to $678.13M. The increase during August was primarily due to Annual Rates levied during July with first instalment received in August 2022. Regional Library held up by delays in approval
