Water and Sewer Delivery Plan 2022-2026 Back in May of this year, IPART gave Central Coast Council approval to increase water rates for typical water bills by about: $183 (17%) in 2022-23; $80 (6%) in 2023-24, plus inflation $106 (8%) in 2024-25 plus inflation and $9 (1%) in 2025-26, plus inflation.
