Central Coast Council failed to meet five legislative deadlines in the last quarter of the 2021-22 financial year. In one case, Council didn't know if it had met a deadline. Less debt than at merger: $$$ crisis over
Council now has less debt than it had when the former Wyong and Gosford councils were amalgamated in 2016. Administrator Rik Hart made the statement at the October 31 extraordinary meeting which started at 4.30pm and finished at 4.43pm. Water and Sewer Delivery Plan 2022-2026 Back in May of this year, IPART gave Central Coast Council approval to increase water rates for typical water bills by about: $183 (17%) in 2022-23; $80 (6%) in 2023-24, plus inflation $106 (8%) in 2024-25 plus inflation and $9 (1%) in 2025-26, plus inflation.
