Another delay for regional library

The long awaited Regional Library, to be built in Gosford, is facing yet another delay. Only one submission was received in reponse to the request for tender to build the library at 123A Donnison St and to demolish the building currently on site. Two appointment letters and expenses made public

At the January 24 meeting Administrator Rik Hart requested that Council prepare a report to provide an overview of his facilities and expenses for transparency to the community. Council to consider selling Woy Woy car park

  Council is considering selling its share of the combined commuter/shopper carpark at Deepwater Plaza to the proposed new owners of the plaza.
