Another delay for regional library
The long awaited Regional Library, to be built in Gosford, is facing yet another delay. Only one submission was received in reponse to the request for tender to build the library at 123A Donnison St and to demolish the building currently on site. Council to consider selling Woy Woy car park
Council is considering selling its share of the combined commuter/shopper carpark at Deepwater Plaza to the proposed new owners of the plaza. Council won’t reveal how much it would sell its parking spaces but says the most recent valuation of the entire area by the Valuer General is $3,300,000 inclusive of GST.
