New consolidated era in planning controls

Council's consolidated Central Coast Local Environmental Plan 2022 (CCLEP 2022) and the Central Coast Development Control Plan 2022 (CCDCP 2022) come into effect from today, August 1. Flood victims get extra 8 weeks to pay rates

About 1000 flood affected property owners will get an extra eight weeks to pay their rates without being charged interest. Council is offering an extra two months free of interest to those residents with properties listed under the SES rapid damage assessment. “Fire sale,” says CEN after Council sells land for less than it bought it

  A total of 144 hectares over four blocks at Thompson Vale Rd, Doyalson has been sold as part of Council’s sale of assets for $1.5M less than Council paid for it seven years ago. Terrigal Trotters and Gosford Pre-School up for grants

This month's recipients of council grants are likely to be the Terrigal Trotters to hire equipment for Great North WalkUltras and Gosford Pre-School with part funding for flagpoles.
