Comparison figures supplied for fees and charges

For days leading up to the March 28 Council-under-administration meeting, its proposed fees and charges for next financial year did not show the increase - or decrease - from what is currently charged. Leagues Club proposal goes from two to five residential towers

  The proposed redevelopment of Central Coast Leagues Club has undergone a second revision since the masterplan was originally submitted to the State Planning Department in 2019. Kibble Park revamp kills off library, parking and traffic

The building that houses Gosford’s library is set to be demolished as part of a revamp of Kibble Park. The parking beside the library would also go, as would traffic in front of the Imperial Centre main entrance. Gosford Primary School – the original bookend

  About a dozen people spoke at the public hearing into 73-75 Mann St, Gosford, on March 30, attended by about 30 residents in total. Another delay for regional library

The long awaited Regional Library, to be built in Gosford, is facing yet another delay. Only one submission was received in reponse to the request for tender to build the library at 123A Donnison St and to demolish the building currently on site.
