Bangaloe subdivision approved

The Land and Environment Court has approved a 12 lot subdivision of the old Bangaloe Stud site at Kincumber. The approval for the residential subdivision and associated works at 255, 255A and 255B Avoca Drive and 19 Picketts Valley Road, Kincumber, comes more than two years after the plan was submitted to Council. Court on site at Wards Hill Rd for talks on telecom tower

Residents have been alerted to a meeting of the Land and Environment Court (LEC) on site of the proposed telecommunications tower at 37 Wards Hill Rd, Killcare Heights. Mardi Old Farm gets subdivision approval

The Old Farm at Mardi on the western side of the M1 has been approved for residential development by the Land and Environment Court (LEC). In a decision handed down on May 30, the LEC approved the proposal to subdivide the 223 hectares to create 182 residential lots at 414 Old Maitland Road, Mardi.
