Another breach of the GIPA Act

A second resident has come forward to show their request for information from Council resulted in the Information and Privacy Commissioner (IPC) ruling that Council breached the legislation. Council rapped over knuckles for failing to meet obligations

The Information and Privacy Commission (IPC) has found Central Coast Council failed to meet its obligations when a resident tried to get some information from it.
