Developer says no to walk bridge at train station

A pedestrian pathway and bridge to Tuggerah Railway Station will render a development proposal at 60 Wyong Rd economically unviable and prevent it from proceeding, says the developer. Councillors requested the bridge be added to the list of developer requirements as part of the subdivision of the 42 hectare site for more than 2000 dwellings. Court decision over Narara Ck sewage discharge

Central Coast Council has been convicted of two offences at Narara Creek in 2023 after pleading guilty in the Land and Environment Court in November. In a decision made public on Friday, December 20, Council was fined $105,600. Magenta pathway opens

The Magenta Shared Pathway officially opened on December 16, with Mayor Lawrie McKinna, together with fellow Councillors, cutting the ribbon to mark the occasion.
