Munmorah Power Station did not require development consent when it was constructed in the 1960s but its land owners now need development approval to remediate contamination on the site. Last day for feedlot feedback

Mangrove Mountain community’s campaign against a cattle feedlot proposal continued over the long weekend at the Harvest Festival with people being asked to sign a petition. Community leases up for renewal

Dual occupancy pushes boundaries

The Local Planning Panel meets at 2pm December 8 and the agenda includes a dual occupancy request that pushes the boundaries.   Council has recommended refusal of the request at 132 Paton Street Woy Woy as the development proposes a 242.6m2 variation - which equates to a variation of 30.3% to the standard of 750m2.
