Blackwall child care centre approved

An 81 place childcare centre at 3-5 Springwood Street, Blackwall, has been approved. The decision comes after the Land and Environment Court this week endorsed the paperwork from a conciliation conference held in June between the applicant and Council. Court says no to sixth storey at Terrigal

  The Land and Environment Court has refused an extra storey for the development currently being built at 5-7 Church St, Terrigal. The court orders were made public late Wednesday, July 5. Planning panel says no to Brick Wharf Rd proposal
