Pedestrian bridges would join two shop top buildings

A shop top housing proposal for 10-16 Painters Lane, Terrigal, goes to the planning panel on Thursday, June 23, with a request to modify an earlier development approval. Panel defends height limits at Forresters Beach

    There was only one item on the agenda when the Local Planning Panel met on June 9.   The owner of a home at 1 Yumbool Close, Forresters Beach, wanted permission to knock down the home and replace it with two homes, one a secondary dwelling within the ground floor of the main home. Planning panel again refuses sixth storey

Saratoga Telstra Tower fate decided this week

An application for a Telstra tower at 138 and 140 Davistown Road Saratoga goes to the Local Planning Panel this week.
