Planning panel again refuses sixth storey

Ample evidence Council needs to improve performance, says IPART

Consultants for IPART found that Central Coast Council Water has not done a Customer Service Standards survey since 2012 and that performance outcomes are not aligned to  targets set by the community. CFO to become CEO at Coffs Harbour

Lack of staff helps bottom line

At the end of March 31, the Council had an extra $24.8M in the coffers thanks to the sale of land parcels as part of Council’s financial recovery plan. It also had an additional $1.7M in tipping income, due to waste received from Sydney Councils following the March storms.
