Whale Rock to be protected in steel works proposal

  A steel fabrication business wants to set up shop in Somersby. The property, at 7 Ainslie Close, includes Whale Rock, an area registered as an Aboriginal Ceremony and Dreaming site. Painters Lane amended plan rejected

The Local Planning Panel has refused permission to amend a development approved for commercial premises and shop top housing on 10-16 Painters Lane, Terrigal. Warner Business Park takes shape
