Applicant frustrated by assessment process

The April 6 meeting of the Local Planning Panel could be interesting. It’s the second meeting in a row focussed on a proposal for a three storey unit complex at The Entrance.   Lawyers acting for Council are calling for residents to speak in the Land and Environment court about development application 52083/2017/C. Whale Rock to be protected in steel works proposal

  A steel fabrication business wants to set up shop in Somersby. The property, at 7 Ainslie Close, includes Whale Rock, an area registered as an Aboriginal Ceremony and Dreaming site.
