Savings increase by $100m in 2022

Council’s cash and investment portfolio was $680.90M at 31 December 2022. That’s up by $100m in 12 months. Council’s cash and investment portfolio totalled $580.62M at 31 January 2022. Happy new year – the finances are improving

Finances have improved so much in the last 12 months that Council hopes to retire a $100m emergency loan by the end of this year. Increase in workplace incidents

Work Health Safety incidents at Council have increased. Threats to river – have your say

The Hawkesbury-Nepean River Coastal Management Program (CMP) is being developed by six councils that border the tidal section of the Hawkesbury estuary. The councils include the Central Coast.
