The Hawkesbury-Nepean River Coastal Management Program (CMP) is being developed by six councils that border the tidal section of the Hawkesbury estuary. The councils include the Central Coast. Seniors and Child Care parking to disappear

      Seniors looking to park beside and behind the 50+ Leisure and Learning Centre at Gosford will no longer have exempt parking. Neither will drivers accessing the child care centre in Henry Wheeler Place. Council's local traffic committee has decided it is more equitable to simply allow four hour parking for anybody. Boarding House agreement

An agreement has been reached between Central Coast Council and the proponent of a proposed boarding house at 51 Peel St Toukley. The Land and Environment Court has to ratify the agreement and that is expected to happen sometime in the first quarter of 2023. Heritage committee fails to meet in 2022

Four scheduled meetings of the Heritage and Cultural Advisory Committee to Council have failed to take place with not enough members to form a quorum. It means no meetings have been held this year.
