After years of planning, Wadalba East precinct faces new roadblock

Central Coast Council is rewriting a master plan for Wadalba East, slashing the number of potential homes in an urban release area that has been in the pipeline for 13 years. Email trail shows Council pivots on grant focus

Documents received by Wadalba East landowner Paul Hanna under the NSW Government Information Public Access (GIPA) Act, show the scope of a Council sewer and drainage project changed after Council received State funding for the project. Appeal to Rik Hart to show leadership

Landowner Paul Hanna has written to Administrator Rik Hart imploring him to take action to assist the East Wadalba precinct landowners who are trying to develop land rezoned in 2020 for residential development of up to 1200 homes. Community thrilled with Ourimbah land win

The local community have a 1050 square metre parcel of land at 1A Jaques St Ourimbah returned to them for future community use after a ceremony on site this week.
