Residents’ group rejects Administrator’s tree offer

The Peninsula Residents Association has rejected an offer from Council-under-administration to "sacrifice" trees to plant more later. Instead they association wants to see Council implement its already adopted Greener Places Strategy and adopt a suggestion from the Local Planning Panel. Seven storeys, 74 units

A proposed modification of a development approved at 10-16 Kendall St, Gosford, would increase the number of units from 72 to 74. Currently the site is cleared with demolition of the existing structures after the original approval from a DA lodged in 2016. Pirates for Pelican Park

The tree stays and the pirates will come on board in the next update of Pelican Park at Woy Woy waterfront. After fighting off a Council-under-administration move to kill off the park altogether, the public were invited to vote on its future design.
