This Terrigal “uplift” would be a “Gateway Development”

A six storey development at Terrigal could go ahead if the Administrator starts the process to amend the maximum height of buildings allowed on the corner of Terrigal Drive and Charles Kay Drive. The State Government has pulled the plug on IPART delving into the sustainability of NSW’s 128 Councils. It comes four days after the closing date for public comments on the draft terms of reference for the review. Gosford bowling club future gets shorter

  The cloud over Gosford Bowling Club continues to grow, with council-under-administration pushing ahead with its plan to reclassify the land from community to operational.
