Major art prize announced

Central Coast artist Maree Azzopardi has won this year’s Gosford Art Prize for her artwork ‘The Crossings’.   In winning first prize, Ms Azzopardi was awarded $15,000. This year 908 entries were received from across Australia, with the selection panel nominating135 of the artworks as finalists for exhibition. Reject Oasis caravan park “overdevelopment” says Council

  Council says the proposed redevelopment of the Oasis Caravan Park in Kanwal with 675 units is an overdevelopment of the site. It fears it will result in a net loss of affordable housing once the displacement of its current residents are taken into account. Zoom call for advice on business grants
